The Week 13 Legendary Review

Week 13 is in the books folks and the playoff picture has cleared up a little bit, and just like the pumpkin pie after the feast…there’s still room for a little more. With the Drizzle Express (it makes me laugh, I’m keeping it as is), No Limit, and Top Shottas the only locked in playoff teams, but Goonsquad and 2 Live Crew sitting at 98% and 92% projected respectively. So if you’ve been counting on your fingers you can see that’s only five teams which leaves 1 spot open….and it comes down to Kris and Steve…again (the fantasy gods are going to make me regret the bubble gum comment)…oh let me not forget about Trenton who’s still sliding around the playoff picture with a 1% chance. Kinda wanna see what the miracle needed to happen would be in order for that to happen. One last thing, before we get into it, it’s a bit early but it’s mathematically locked at this point CONGRATULATIONS to our Division Champions! Quan and the Drizzle Express leading the Back of House Division, and Jean and the Top Shottas, leading the Front of House Division. It’s been a rough first 2 years for y’all, but that’s why we keep playing. So congratulations again. You guys definitely earned it. Alright with all the house keeping out of the way let’s get into the week 13 breakdown.

Ladies and Gentleman we got another one! Pop them points baby, pop them points up! KING OF THE RING!!! DELVRON and the 2 Live Crew coming in hot (pun intended) with 153.6 points to poor little Seth’s Legion of the Dead Seas 125.18. Seth needed Jerry Who-he? He him! Jeudy to disappoint and he did not! 40.5 points in the revenge game and who else came to the party...Keenan Allen 24.3pts another one, Devon Achane 21pts another one, Brock Bowers 30.2pts another one! It's been a rough year for Seth and I'm sure Delvron won't let him forget it! Seth might be out of the playoffs, but I’m sure he will still be fitting for 3rd. Congratulations Delvron on securing his FIRST playoff appearance! I’m like a proud papa over here!

Let me just rip this band-aid off…did I eliminate my old lady from playoff contention…ok, yes…do I feel bad about it….HELL NO!!! WHOOOOOOO Let’s go! The Little Dinghy’s just keep pushing we got pieces falling off left and right but we keep chugging along with a hope a dream and 107.16pts-105.72. La Santa Muerta didn’t make it easy as I was actively rooting against my NFL team and Elijah “pain in my ass” Moore. But the seafood buffet ran out and Jameis Winston and the Browns fell short. The suns getting real low big guy (that’s Pilar breaking the news to Josh Stallion that he’s not going to be in the fantasy playoffs). I'll get some ice cream for her, I'll be okay (you read that correctly). I'll blink if I'm in trouble guys!

Well his hair line keeps disappearing but the wins are not! Willie and No Limit with there 8th on the year, and it seems like someone won the Bijan/Nico deal as he goes off for 25.5pts along with 25.8pts from Mike Evans to lead the squad to a 137.44-130.54 victory over the rookie Cory and the GOONSQUAD! And Njoku made it close but not close enough. These two teams may see each other again in the playoffs, so here’s to round 2!

The Dread whip was in full effect, as Trenton and The Sliders beat up on the down and out Diamond Dawgs 126.0-116.52. Terry Mclaurin is on a mission to remind everyone who he is this season with another big week and 27.3pts.

A bit of a down week for Jalen Hurts (17.62), at least you want have to worry about him taking two weeks off during championship week.

It was a clash of division champions and a potential sneak peak at our championship matchup. As ol’ Savvy Dabby Doo himeself and the Drizzle Express rolled into town dropped 126.78pts on Jeans ass l, and I think someone brought the super soakers (not a sponsor) instead of the clip as the Top Shottas could only squirt out 98.28 points. Know that scene in 2 fast 2 furious where they pull up to the jet ski race…”there is a lot of potential here”…that was Jean…just looking at all the potential points.

And of course last but certainly not least. We had Kris and Kevin going head to head…and let’s just take a moment to appreciate what this young man is doing….Jayden Daniels have a day sir! 27.64pts and that’s pretty much what he had at the half and I know Kris was loving every minute of it, as it helped Kevin and the Bread Winners secure a 129.54-100.46 victory over Endgame making the playoff picture all the more interesting!

That’s a wrap on Week 13, next week….PLAYOFFS!!! Even if you don’t make the playoffs you still have a chance for 3rd and a podium finish is better than no finish.
